World’s Tallest Shiva Statue: Rajasthan

News Desk, The 369 feet, world’s tallest Shiva status will be inaugurated in Rajasthan today. The festival will be held till November 6, Sant Murari Bapu will recite the Ram Katha.
Many politicians, social workers and dignitaries will attend the inauguration program.
The statue is around 3,000 tonnes of steel and iron, 2.5 lakh cubic tonnes of concrete and sand have been used during construction. The statue can wind stand wind speed up to 250 km.
The Shiva statue was built on a hill of 51 bighas, it took 10 years to complete the statue. It has been constructed by Sant Kripa Sanatan. The statue is styled in a meditation posture and is said to be visible from several kms away.
