Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrives in Guwahati

Digital Desk, May 9: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has arrived in Guwahati on Sunday for a 3-day tour to launch several projects ahead of first anniversary of Himanta Biswa Sarma-led government. Notably, Himanta Biswa Sarma-led government will complete its first anniversary in power on May 10. Amit Shah will inaugurate several projects including Super Speciality Hospital and National Forensic Sciences University.

He will also inaugurate the Census Office physically and SSB Buildings virtually at Amingaon in Kamrup (Metro) district. ”Honoured to receive Adaraniya HM Shri @AmitShah ji will attend several events over next two days in Assam. We’ve always been blessed by the generous guidance of Hon HM. Looking forward to his precious magdarshan,” Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote on microbloggging site Twitter.
