Digital Desk, March 26: A source close to The Kapil Sharma Show aired on Sony Entertainment Television added, ”Kapil has a month long USA tour planned mid-June and would be unavailable to shoot. The team thus decided to take a break during that same time. A few episodes, however, will be pre-shoot to continue entertaining fans before they go on a break.”
It is known that the show is set to go off air temporarily, probably for a few weeks. Notably, Kapil Sharma’s Bollywood film, directed by Nandita Das, is currently underway in Orissa. It may be mentionable that when a fan asked him why the show is going off air in January 2021, he replied, ”Because I need to be there at home with my wife to welcome our second baby.”
