Digital Desk 12 Feb: The POSCO court in West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh sentenced a 35 year old man from Biswanath district of Assam to 20 years of imprisonment for raping his 14year old stepdaughter repeatedly.
Tageng Padoh the special Judge from west Kameng POSCO, on Thursday also imposed a fine of RS.5000 on Bhawani Chetry. He was all so imprisoned for one year under section 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC and an additional fine of RS. 2000 was imposed on him. The culprit will have to imprisoned in jail further six months if hue fails to pay the fine amount .
