Ranoj Pegu assured to fulfil primary school teachers’ demands on Monday

Digital Desk, July 12: State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu assured to fulfil various demands of primary school teachers on Monday. Notably, he assured to look into primary teachers’ demands during a meeting with the representatives of the ASPTA (Assam State Primary Teachers’ Association).

The various demands of the representatives of primary school teachers’ include creations of the posts of headmasters within August 31, holding of examinations under the Chief Minister’s scholarship, provision of at least two copies of exercise, evaluation books to students for each subject and so on.

One of the ASPTA sources stated, ”Regarding the resumption of the process of transfer of teachers via mutual arrangement, State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu said that they would receive good news within a week.”
