Delhi,7 Jan: The Delhi High court slenderized a couple’s marriage for cruelty remarking that the husband regarded his spouse as “Overseas wife”, solely to utilize her as a streaky fellow and that their nubile link was irremediable. Keeping the husband and wife legally boned would repel them of living a complete life. The continuation of this nuptial relationship constitutes serious mental cruelty to the petitioner. While granting woman’s divorce, the judge made this statement.
According to the Bench, the wife is educated and works for multinational corporation. Over 11years, the couple remained together for a few days while the husband was in Canada. Not only that, but the husband made savers and heinous claims about the wife’s father that could not be proven.
